It is with great sadness that we announce his peaceful passing on May 19, 2017, at the age of 88, at the Garry J. Armstrong Home.

Beloved husband for 64 beautiful years of his cherished wife Rita Bélanger Bisson; he leaves behind his children: Hélène (Charles-André Massebeuf), Louise (Alain Boisvert), Jean-Pierre (Denise Lapierre) and Philippe (Danielle Fortin); his grandchildren: Emma, Samuel, Marie-Claude (Danny Dawson), Mathieu, Gabriel, Charlotte, Caroline, Geneviève, Valérie, Florence, Mireille and Guillaume. He also leaves his sister Suzanne Bisson and a brother-in-law, many sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Claudia Landry and Fernando Bisson and his sister Annette Bisson-Soroka.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 10:30 am at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, 435 Montreal Road in Ottawa.  The family will receive condolences beginning at 9:45 am.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the personnel of the Garry J. Armstrong Home for their support and for their good care.
