BROADFOOT, Bruce

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of

Bruce Broadfoot

on January 12th, 2020 at the age of 73.  He was the beloved spouse of Micheline Gauthier and son of the late Irene Kingsburry.  He leaves behind his children : Natalie, Éric and Karine ; his grandchildren : Mathieu, Chanel, Mikaël, Héloïk and Nolann ; and his great-grand-daughter Kiëra. He will also be missed by his brother Gordon (Louise) and many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister Lynn (Neil).

A celebration of his life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 1369, La Vérendrye O. Bvld, in Gatineau, on Thursday, January 30th, 2020  at 2:00 pm. 

As expressions of sympathy a donation to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or the Québec Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the Emergency unit and the staff of the Palliative Care unit of the Gatineau Hospital for their support and their good care.  A special thank you to nurse Kathleen Buchanan, Dr. Pu and Dr. Boisvert.
