In loving memory of Mr. David Kant who passed away suddenly at Kirkland & District Hospital, on Thursday, February 07, 2019 at the age of 43. David was born on November 26, 1975 in Kirkland Lake to Clifford and Seija Kant. He was the sales manager at Northern Freedom and was a OFSC trials groomer for the golden corridors club. David loved the outdoors and had many `toys` from the time he was little. (ski-doo, 4-wheeler, street bike, dirt bike, seadoo etc. He was the go to guy to get things fixed. And he was always willing to help friends and family. Pre-deceased by grandparents Ralph & Shirley Kant and Sulo & Annie Leppinen. He is survived by parents Cliff & Seija Kant, sisters Gina Kant and Lisa Arthur (Mike). He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews; Rebecca, Nicholas (Jassmen), Zackary, Logan, Dane, Evan, Reagan and aunts and uncles Kay & Ken Naugler, Aila & Chris Klimtschuck, John & Sharon Leppinen, Angie & Danny Webber, Marvin & Shelly Kant, Darrell Kant (Late Lori), Darlene Kant (Roseanne Clyburn) and best friends Mark Bernachez & John Hammel. The family of the late Mr. David Kant will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Monday, February 11, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A `Celebration of Life` service will be held at Living Faith Assembly, Kirkland Lake on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 11:00 am. Rev. Jason Gilbert officiating.
