I’m so glad I got to see Aunt Eleanor again within the last few years. She had a bright happy smile and a personality to match. My love and prayers are with all of the family at this time. Cousin Debbie from Peterborough.

Dear Dwayne, Kevin, Blake, Marc, Gloria and families. My heart is with you all at this time of loss and your Mom has been in my thoughts and prayers since hearing that she passed away. Like an Angel she disrupted sleeping memories and sent them into a cascade of her smiles, times spent together and the sound of her laughter… I know Mom was waiting for her and together they will go on forever in their journey as sisters. I send all my sympathies and wishes that I could be there and hug you all….. Love Bev…

I send my deepest condolences on behalf of Arlie and I to all of Eleanor’s children and my remaining Aunts and Uncles.I was very close to Eleanor through out my whole life and her death has touched me deeply. We talked together, shopped together, laughed together and cried together over the years. All of those special memories will remain etched forever in my heart, What though the radiance which was once so bright Be now for ever taken from my sight, Though nothing can bring back the hour Of splendour in the grass, Of glory in the flower; We will grieve not, rather find Strength in what remains behind; William Wordsworth(Ode to immortality) Rest in peace Dear Eleanor,Dear special Aunt and friend Much Love Homi and Arlie

Gramma, this is so hard for me. I miss you so much and I will always think of you and remember. So many great memories with you Gramma. I miss your hands so much, I love your hands, I always have, so delicate, soft and comforting. I miss watching you put your Oil of Olay on your face, your smell. I miss your lipstick you always had on your lips, your smile. I miss so much about you. I have 27 years of memories with you that I can cherish and think about and laugh about. You made the best salmon sandwiches! I remember when you first moved in with John and I and us working so hard on the puzzle together in the kitchen, we were always so excited when we found a place for a piece we worked hours on trying to find. I loved sitting with you and talking for hours and watching soaps with you while you knitted your sweaters. You were always more than a gramma to me, you were always my friend too. I will always remember your voice and your laugh, you had such a cute laugh. I love you Gramma, I know you have just finished getting dressed and put your make-up on, have made your tea and a sandwich, and you are now sitting on the couch with your knitting beside you, a novel in front of you on the coffee table, a kleenex in your sleeve, and your going to watch your soaps. May you rest in peace, may you watch over us and protect us. My angel I love you so much and I will always remember. Love You Grams Geri-Lynn

Every time I look at your picture Dear Eleanor I get tears on this day of your memorial.Though I could not be there in person I was surely there in spirit. For Dwayne, Kevin, Blake, Mark, Gloria and all her siblings and your families I share with you my Poem *Celestial Staircase* When feeling sad and lonely for a loved one who has passed Climb the celestial staircase Step into the past Embrace the memories Woven in your soul With tiny golden threads That connected two hearts Truly made them whole. A bridge between two hearts Indeed a very short span Climb the celestial staircase Grasp your loved ones hand. Look toward the lamp of heaven Begin your celestial flight Past the stars, beyond the moon Follow most Heavenly light Share a little visit In our Creators Hallowed space With those you loved, who left you Who now share His Heavenly space If grief lies heavy in your heart for those you have loved and lost Climb the celestial staircase Catch a memory, smile and play Steps between eternity and reality A celestial staircase away. © Eleanor Mae Kreps (Homi) At this moment dedicated to you Dear Eleanor I love you Love and Blessings to all *Homi*

Dear Mom, You touched my life in many many ways. I will always smile when I think of your sense of humour, love of family, music and dance. I will never forget how you wanted a bicyle so you could go on family cycling with me and your grandsons and you were 58. I’m sure we made you happy when all your children came home to be with you one more time. We’ve tried to protect you, care for you and have always loved you. You will live into internity in the many lives you have touched and all of us who love you. Quite simply I miss you and hope I will always make you proud. Your daughter. PS. I wish one more time I could hear you say “Oh that Gloria”
