Dorothy was patient and understanding. She never asked for anything, was never demanding. She was quick to give and such a joy to be around. A good person, I think she deserved a crown! Dorothy had a good heart, honest and true. She was the best wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother & great grandmother and friend. We will all miss you. Your Love will be our light to keep us strong! “Love Always” Denise & Brian Jibb

Dorothy had a wonderful way of giving people space to be themselves and a way of loving her family unconditionally. When it came time for me to be a Mom Dorothy stepped right in to help in any way she could and at the same time she gave me the freedom to learn to be my own kind of Mother. Never quick to criticize and always there with a warm welcome and advice when asked, I could never have ever hoped for a better Mother-in-Law. I love her very much, and miss her dearly.

To Uncle Ray and all of the Mallette Family. My sincere condolences to all of you at this very sad time. I wish I could be there to offer my love and support but please know that you are in my prayers as well as Auntie Dot. I will always remember her and keep her close to me in my heart. She was a kind and lovely soul. You only needed to be in her presence to feel how special she was and her love was shared freely to everyone. God Bless Denise

My heart is with all my relatives in Kirkland Lake and across Canada who had the pleasure to know and love this wonderful woman, whom i called Aunt Dot. I have many wonderful memories of her, she was always so happy to see me as i was her, and always the life of the party with her infectious laugh and great sense of humour. It was always apparent just how much she loved her family, and although we weren’t close in miles, i thought of her twinkling eyes and sweet smile often. Much love to Uncle Ray, her children and grandchildren, my Uncle Jack and Aunt Angela and the entire family. I feel blessed to have spent time with her and all of you, With Love, Sheri Elizabeth Coyle

Upon learning the passing of my Aunt Dorothy, I realize how little time I spent with her and wished that our distances were shorter from each other. I as a nephew was truly blessed to have an aunt that gave me comfort, hugs, pats on the back and was always on my side even when I was wrong. I was fortunate to sit down at the table ,enjoy a fine meal prepared effortlessly by my aunt so all of us could enjoy and share laughs.I’d look up at the table and see her beautiful smile as she was scampering around the kitchen to ensure that everything was just right for our family reunion . Those are memories that won’t fade nor will the feelings of being loved unconditionally as she always provided unselfishly her heart to me and my own family. Thank you Aunt Dot .you’ll never leave me though. Love Terry Coyle
