ZIELKIE, Viola Margorie
In loving memory of Mrs. Viola Margorie Zielkie who passed away at Extendicare / Kirkland Lake, on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the age of 94. She was born in Amaranth, Manitoba and moved to Larder Lake when she was 16 years old. She had resided in Larder Lake until the passing of her husband Esmore in 1996, when she moved to Kirkland Lake. She took up residence at Extendicare in June 2013 and until her passing. Pre-deceased by her husband Esmore, her sisters Louise Martin, Murina Mitchell and brother Aubrey Mitchell. She is survived by her son Herb at home in Larder Lake, granddaughter Melissa of Kirkland Lake, nephews Richard Martin of North Bay, Gerald (Rachel) Cliché, Leo (Jennie) Cliché of Petewawa, Grant Silke of Pembroke, Mack (Diane) Thrasher of Pembroke, niece Barb (Mandl) Scott of London, Marion (Jim) Mainprize of Chelmsford and several other nieces and nephews. As per family wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements entrusted to McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart.
