HORNSEY, Roger

1945 - 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Roger Hornsey on January 10, 2024 at the age of 78. He was the beloved husband of the late Blanche and the loving father of Patricia and grandfather of Vivian and Bryn.  He also leaves behind his sister, Katherine.

Predeceased by his mother, Mabel, his father Henry and his sisters Elaine, Donelda and Patricia.

He will be sadly missed by all.

At the request of the family and the wishes of the deceased, there is no gathering for the celebration of life.

To the Family

I am so sorry for your loss. Cousin Blanche and Roger were close when I lived in Ottawa. I have fond memories of our fishing trip together and the great shore lunches. Roger was a very nice man and I enjoyed our time together. He will be missed.

May eternal rest grant to him O lord and may perpetual light shine upon him.
