TURNER, Dean Alex

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dean Alex Turner on May 13th, 2025, at the age of 56. He was the son of the late Ronald Keith Turner and of the late Sandra Eileen Douglas.

He leaves behind  his daughter Julia, his brother, Bruce as well as many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his nephew Ron Turner.

In order to respect his wishes, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.

Hello Julia,
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your Father. Dean and I served together at 1 PPCLI MP/RP, Calgary (1991-1993). You Father was always in good spirits and was good at raising morale amongst my troops. His passion was hockey and physical fitness.
Your Dad may be gone but will never be forgotten.

Julia, I held you in my arms when you were just a little baby while you were living in Alliston On. I work with you Dad for years in Borden. Every day we talked about how fast you were growing up and how smart you were. When you moved back to Japan your dad did everything to get posted closer to you. He was gutted but he kept going you were his world. Your Dad was an inspiration to all. I wish you ALL the happiness in the world, never forget you were so loved so so much.
