MIHIGO, Gilbert

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Gilbert Mihigo on June 10, 2025, at the age of 60. He was the son of the late Gérard Rusengamihigo and the late Laurence Mukamazimpaka.

He is survived by his children Mihigo Exavier and Rusenga Ashley. He also leaves behind numerous brothers and sisters as well as several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends.

The viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, 95 de la Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector).

The religious service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Guadeloupe Church located at 14 de la Guadeloupe Street in Gatineau (Hull sector). The family will receive condolences at the church as of 12 noon.
