Born at Cambo House in the Kingdom of Fife, Kingsbarns, Scotland. Died peacefully, Thursday, March 2nd 2006 after an amazingly courageous battle with cancer. In her 39th year, or so she said. The youngest daughter of Sir Thomas and Lady Erskine, wife of the late Hugh Doheny, beloved mother of Micky ( Peg ), Penelope ( Kent ), Kathleen ( Brian ), Mary ( Ray ), Lucinda and Victoria ( Brian ), and adored Nana of Charles, Maggie, Mary Grace and Mimi. Her surviving siblings: Sir David and Lady Erskine, Vicky Erskine and Conty Patch. She served in World War ll as a WRENS ( Womens Royal Naval Service ) and was informally promoted to Petty Officer in 1999. She will be sadly missed by her countless friends and family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As per her wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations to the SPA ( Society for Protection of Animals ) will be appreciated.
