POAN, James Jim

In loving memory of Mr. Jim Poan of Englehart who passed away at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, June 09, 2009 at the age of 63. Pre-deceased by his wife Carol, his father Colin & one sister Pauline. He is survived by 3 sons Kevin (Marie) Willoughby, Jamie (Shannon), Scott (Lucille), 2 grandsons Bryson & Elijah. Also by his mother Louise & 2 sisters Janet (Mike) Landry & Judy and by many nieces & nephews. Jim was a member of the International Operator Union for over 35 years. In the summer months, Jim loved spending time at the lake with friends and family. In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A service will be held at a later date. In memory contributions to the Northview Nursing Home Activity Fund (payable to the River Road Tuck Shop) will be greatly appreciated by the family.
