Monsieur J. Richard ''Dick'' Norton 

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of J. Richard ''Dick'' ​Norton on February 16, 2018, at the age of 91.

Dick was a World War II veteran with the Canadian Navy RCNVR served on K179 Corvette - ''Buctouche''.

Devoted father and husband is survived by his wife of 50 years Elizabeth  ''Betty'' Smith and his son Richard ''Rick'' Norton.

He was a Bell Canada employee for 35 years.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Palliative care of the Wakefield Hospital would be appreciated.

A special thanks to the CLSC of Wakefield hospital staff for support and their good care.
