1948 - 2019

The Hubert and Chartrand families regret to announce the passing of Lise Chartrand.

 

Lise passed away on January 23, 2019 at the age of 70. She was the wife of Bernard Hubert and the daughter of the late Edmond Chartrand and the late Jeannine Bisson. She leaves her children : Richard (Kim Sauvé) and Nathalie (Tony Ventura); her grandchildren : Alexandra, Brittany, Matthew and Michael; her brother Claude (Claudette), her sister Jocelyne (Carl) and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her brother Michel (Trudy) and her sister Diane (Mario).

 

A celebration of prayers will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde church, located at 579, route 309 in Val-Des-Bois. The family will receive condolences as of 10:30 a.m.

 

Donations to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Québec are greatly appreciated.

 

The family wishes to thank the staff of the CLSC in Buckingham for the care and support that they provided provided.
