ROBINSON, Marion

On Friday May 11th, 2007, Marion Robinson (nee Roberts) in her ninety-third year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Robinson. Dear mother of Douglas, Stanley (Heather Irwin), Harvey (Phyllis Langdon), and Phyllis. Loving grandmother of Erin, Trevor, Tyrone, Shannon, Kevin and Keita. Predeceased by her sister Sadie (the late Jack Alexander) and her brother Gordon Roberts. Survived by nephews, nieces and her sister-in-law Madeleine Roberts. A long-time resident of North Hatley, Que., she grew up in Rosemount (Montreal). During her career as a teacher and her many years as treasurer of her church, she was known for her patience and generous spirit. Visitation at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St., Sherbrooke, Que. (formerly 6 Belvidere St., Lennoxville) (819) 564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca , where friends may visit on Thursday May 17th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral will be held at the Waterville United Church on Saturday May 19th 2007 at 10:00 am. Please note: the family will be at the church to receive relatives and friends from 9:00 am. Interment will take place in Reedsville Cemetery, North Hatley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Hatley United Church, if desired.
