LÉCUYER, Claire

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Claire Moyneur née Lécuyer on October 31, 2025, at the age of 88.  She was the wife of the late Jean-Jacques Moyneur, the daughter of the late Florian Lécuyer and of the late Lucienne Philion. She was predeceased by her companion Arthur Cadieux.

She leaves behind her children Denis (Barbara) and Raymond; her grandchildren Tanya (Luc), Kim (Gilles), Jean Jr., Chad (Jewels), Brianna, Sevanna, Nolan, Danick (Brigitte) and Francesca (Alain); her great-grandchildren Kassandra, Hailie, Sabrina and Maxim. She also leaves her brother André, many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, her best friend Paulette, her friends Diane, Sylvie and Gisèle as well as many other friends.  She was predeceased by her daughters Rita and Diane, her son Michel (Lise), her sister Madeleine (the late Réal) and her brother Robert.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Saint-Joseph Cathedral, 245 Saint-Joseph Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector). Family will receive condolences as of 10:15 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to an organization of your choice would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the personnel of the Hull Hospital for the good care provided to her.
