ST-LAURENT NÉE AUGER, Fleurette

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Fleurette Auger St-Laurent on July 6, 2025, at the age of 90 years old.  She was the wife of the late Bernard St-Laurent, the daughter of the late Irène Lafontaine and of the late Joseph Auger.

She leaves behind her daughter Rachel, her son-in-law Jon Davy and her three grandchildren Antoine, Étienne and Charlotte Davy.  She also leaves her sisters-in-law Denise and Jacqueline St-Laurent, her brothers-in-law Louis Brillant and Normand Poirier as well as many nephews, nieces and friends.  She was predeceased by her brothers Jean-Claude and Gérard Auger and by her sister Marguerite Ouellette (née Auger).

The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 11 am at Notre-Dame de la Guadeloupe Church, 40 de la Guadeloupe Street in Gatineau (Hull sector). The family will receive the condolences as of 10:30.

The family would like to thank the personnel of the Hull Hospital for their dedication and the excellent care that was provided.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Itinérance Zéro would be appreciated.

Nos sincères condoléances. Votre Fleurette à été pour moi une grande source d’inspiration, de motivation dans mon cheminement artistique . Grâce à elle j’ai trouvé la petite artiste en moi qui m’apporte du grand bonheur . Merci à Fleurette pour avoir fait partie de nos vies. Merci de m’avoir fait découvrir la passion de peindre et les liens d’amitiés qui ont été forgés lors des cours ensemble. Comme vous , je vais la manquer . Rachel et famille

Je côtoyais de nouveau Fleurette à la sporthèque, elle qui avait gardé mes enfants, Martin et Isabelle durant quelques années. Elle était une inspiration de persévérance pour ses amies (comme elle aimait les appeler) de la sporthèque. Nous nous souviendrons des petits gâteaux qu’elle apportait pour souligner sa fête et nous nous souviendrons d’elle avec affection.
