Passed away peacefully at the Wales Home on Friday January 30th, 2009 in her 88th year. Gooitske, beloved wife of the late Wiebe Vander Wal. Dear mother of Lambertus, Betty (Donald), Alle and Johnny (Karin). Dear grandmother of Robin (Chuck), Connie (Ophir), Jeffrey (Marie-Josee), John (France), Sonya (Garry) and Erica. Great-Grandmother of Hilary, Annabel, Vanessa, Hannah, Ryder, Jake, Sébastien, Avery, Aiden, Elliot, Jordan, Mackenzie, Phoenix and Kaleb. Thanks to a special friend Hazel, as well as the staff of Norton 2 for their care and kindness. A graveside service will be held in the Maple Grove Cemetery in the spring.
