PILON, Maurice

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maurice Pilon, on July 2, 2025 at the age of 90 years old.  He was the loving husband of Thérèse Fournier, the son of the late Willie Pilon and late Albertine Bélanger. 

Other than his wife, he leaves behind his sons Pierre (Carol) and Guy (Josée), his grand-children Sébastien, Alain (Chantal), Marie-Claude (Shawn), Gabrielle (Davide) and his great grandchildren Taylor, Morgan, Paul-Henri and Leilanie. He also leaves behind his brothers Robert (late Marilee) and Laurent (Heather), his sisters Denise (late Ronald), Pauline (late Michael) and Anne-Marie (late Norbert) as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Marcel (late Rita), Réjean (Nonie), Raymond (late Joan) and his sisters Jacqueline (late Roepel), Yvette (late Lindsay) and Noella (late John). 

A celebration of life will be held on Friday July 25, 2025 at 2 p.m. at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, 1369 La Vérendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau. Family will receive condolences as of 1 p.m. Friends and family unable to attend will be able to watch the ceremony live or in replay via https://fweb.tv/189357
